Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Place beef stew meat, onion, carrots, potatoes, and garlic in the slow cooker
Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper
Stir to combine all ingredients
