Ingredients:
- 1 lb clams, cleaned
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions:
Put the butter in a big pan and melt it over medium heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for about one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good
Add white wine and bring to a low boil
Put the clams and mussels in the pan, cover it, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the shells open
Throw away any shells that haven't been opened
To taste, add salt and black pepper
Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
Hot bread to dip should be served with it
